Choose from one of our saunas (Finnish sauna and sanarium), steam bath or caldarium. The Kneipp foot basin and stimulating experience shower rooms complete a perfect visit to the sauna area.
Towels are available to all our guests, a cuddly bathrobe awaits you at your arrival.

Indoor- & Outdoor pool
Spend pleasant hours in our garden area with a pool, basking in the sunshine to the fullest. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are, of course, at your disposal. Our outdoor pool is heated and open during the summer months.
During both the cold and warm seasons, our beautiful indoor pool with a relaxation area is available to you. Here, on two levels with a direct view of Lindau Harbor, you can unwind or treat your body well in the heated pool, experiencing the weightlessness of the water.

For those who prefer running: Our running trail starts right at the front of the hotel. Enjoy the view on Lake Constance while running a loop around the island of Lindau..
For those who prefer running a little bit further: The marathon trail of the annual Tri-border Marathon also starts directly at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof.

support self-healing abilities.
Osteopathy identifies and eliminates blockages, thus unlocking the body's self-healing abilities. In Osteopathy, the body is viewed as a functional unit. Disturbances in one part of the body can consequently affect other areas. Therefore, by addressing issues with the skeletal system and the musculoskeletal apparatus, problems with the organ systems can also be resolved, and vice versa. All bodily functions depend on the nervous system and the supply and drainage provided by the vascular and lymphatic systems. Impairments in these systems can lead to pain and pathological symptoms. The Osteopath works on the skull and sacrum (craniosacral), the organs (visceral), the musculoskeletal system (parietal), as well as the connective tissue (fascial). All four approaches are aimed at activating the body's self-healing abilities. Due to this complexity, Osteopathy can often provide help in cases where previous methods have been ineffective.
